Objective

Pass through the zones to score a goal

Rules

1. Players inside the three zones cannot cross the Blue Lines. (i.e. players in the neutral zone have to stay in the neutral zone)
2. When the puck is in a different zone, players should be at the blue line waiting for the puck to either come into their zone to keep advancing it, or sending it back if they're on the other team scoring the other way.

Focus

Make sure all players are engaged in the game. Battling in their zone if the puck is in their zone. Waiting on the Blue Lines if the puck isn't in their zone.

Execution

Rotate players through all the zones. If you have enough players to have some on the bench while the others are out there, have that group come into the first zone, then after each minute they move to the next zone until the 4th minute when they go back to the bench.
